4 Ways to Indulge with Radiant C

Have you tried our Micelle Liposomal Vitamin C formula yet – affectionately referred to as Radiant C?

Today’s blog will hopefully entice you to give it a shot! It’s seriously delicious! It’s a citrus-flavored formula with vanilla undertones. Many people have told us it reminds them of a Creamsicle.

Vitamin C is well known for its immune system benefits (which you can read about here…) but it can also help to lower cortisol (stress hormone) levels and help you burn fat, which you can learn about by clicking here…

For those of you with a bottle in your fridge right now, read on! This is going to inspire you to get it out and try something new…

Got any vanilla ice cream in the freezer?

Obviously, a low/no sugar option is going to be best for your health. There are lots of great, few ingredient ice cream recipes out there that result in delicious, healthy ice cream. Coconut ice cream (authentic, not coconut flavored) can also be a great option depending on the quality.

But then, if you’re having it in true moderation, and you have the will-power, a little ‘real’ ice cream isn’t going to kill you either.

If you’ve got it, put a scoop in a bowl and pour a tablespoon or two of Radiant C over it – voila! Instant, healthy, creamsicle ice cream. It’s refreshing, it definitely pleases the taste buds, and you’re getting a dose of potent and bioavailable vitamin C.

How about yogurt – got any of that on hand?

Same thing really… ideally, you’d have a low sugar option in the fridge, maybe even a coconut yogurt. Vanilla flavored is the best, in our opinion, but if you’re a flavor adventurer feel free to play around with it. Simply stir in the Radiant C and enjoy a creamsicle flavored breakfast or snack – it even goes great with granola!

Gotta love a smoothie…

Given the citrus and vanilla flavors of Radiant C, a tropical smoothie is a great choice for blending it into. Bananas, pineapple, mango, papaya, any citrus, kiwi, and spinach are all great options for a tropical smoothie.v

My personal favorite is:

  • half a banana
  • 1 Kiwi
  • a few pieces of frozen pineapple
  • a handful of frozen spinach
  • 1 cup of almond milk or water
  • at least 1 TBSP of Radiant C

Blend and enjoy!

Ever make homemade popsicles?

If so, Radiant C is an excellent addition to those. Usually, I will just make a large batch of smoothie mixture, use 3-4 TBSP of Radiant C in it, pour out what I plan to drink into a glass and the rest into popsicle molds. Tropical or citrus smoothies are the best option for Radiant C popsicles.

You could also use fruit juice for your popsicles, but then make sure it’s got no sugar added and doesn’t contain preservatives or other additives.

Don’t have popsicle molds? No problem. You know those small paper cups you see in the dentist office? You can buy those at most dollar stores. Get a package of those and a bag of popsicle sticks, and you have makeshift popsicle molds.
