Our number one goal is to guarantee your complete delight with your supplement/s. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it. We promise to make an exchange, issue a refund or credit on any purchase within 30 days. We promise to listen and be fair & reasonable with each client about any challenge/s that may arise.
We guarantee that all supplement requests will be mailed the same day if requested before 14:00hrs. We offer free UK delivery, with the lowest Royal Mail / Parcelforce fees if you reside outside the UK. We also refund excess p&p after dispatch!
We will add 20% to cover VAT.
You pay only the TRUE Shipping & Handling Charges
Shipping & Handling Charges are estimates. Orders placed through this website are estimated costs. If we have charged you more than the true cost of mailing your supplements we will issue a refund through PayPal. If the true costs or mailing to you exceed what you have originally paid us through PayPal we may email you directly and discuss other options.
If you choose to use our Excel Spreadsheets and place an order through our email we will reply stating the TRUE P&P costs. Once the complete funds are transferred we will mail your supplements.
Please note: All packages mailed by Royal Mail or Parcel Force will be insured. We love to turn your supplement orders around the day they arrive in our inbox This means you should receive your order either the following day or certainly within 12 working days.
International Clients: European & Global Clients:
All packages will be insured by Royal Mail and or Parcel Force. If the weight is greater than 2kg’s then there may be extra charges incurred. We will contact you if this is the case and advise further. Sometimes it’s cheaper to mail two small packages under 2kgs than one package weighing more than 2kg’s!
International Customers will also be responsible for any additional charges incurred form Customs- VAT, Duties, etc. Your supplements maybe held directly by your respective Customs office until their dues are cleared.
You can expect your order to be shipped the day we receive it (if received before 1500hrs (GMT Time) Mon-Friday or 1100hrs on Saturday) or the following day after we receive your order, except for Sunday when we are closed.
The delivery address must match the address on your PayPal receipt or on the Excel Spreadsheet you emailed us.
We will accept a direct email to us – firstname.lastname@example.org with any change of address as long as we receive this within 2hrs of receiving your spreadsheet or PayPal supplement order.
Our Return/Exchange Policy
When you receive your order please check it immediately and if you are not completely delighted please contact us that day.
Only unopened and un-defaced bottles can be returned that have been ordered within the last seven days.
If you’re not delighted with your supplement please mail it back to us (our address is on the reverse side of the package)

Please mail the supplement/s back to us with a written or emailed reason for the return. In order to maintain the service you’ve come to expect from us a 20% returns processing fee may be applied.
We will make a full refund of your purchase price provided we recieve a cancellation request from you via any of the contact details listed on the contact page. We strive regularly to send items on the same day as we recieve the orders so if your item has already been dispatched then the order cannot be cancelled and you will have to follow the Returns policy (above) in order to get a refund.
We will not send or pass on your email address or indeed home/work address or contact numbers to any other party.
Minimum Age Policy:
These supplements can be take by children as young as 4 years old but you must be over the age of 18 to make a purchase on this website.
We may choose to email you infrequently with any special offers or new products. Please do let us know if you wish to opt out of receiving this information.
